All withdrawal requests are initiated from the client portal. Once submitted, our team reviews and processes the request in line with our funding policy, returning funds to the original source of deposit.

What to expect.

Submit from the client portal
Log in to your client portal and submit a withdrawal request. All requests must be initiated from your verified account — we do not accept withdrawal instructions by email or phone.

Sufficient funds in your landing account
Ensure your landing account holds enough free margin to cover the request. Withdrawals will not be approved while any linked trading account is in deficit.

Same-day processing
We aim to process all withdrawal requests on the same day they are received. Requests submitted on a non-business day are processed on the next business day. Immediate payment cannot always be guaranteed.

Returned to the original source
Company policy requires fund withdrawals to be paid back to the source of the original deposit. This protects both you and us against fraud and money-laundering risk.

Card deposits return to the same card
If you funded by credit or debit card, withdrawals are processed back to that same card, up to the corresponding amount deposited. Requests to route card deposits to a bank account will be declined.

Multiple cards, same rule
Where you have funded with more than one card, withdrawals will be made back to those cards in proportion to the original payments received.
